Personal Training (general)

Q. How long will it take me to reach my fitness goals?

This is a very personal question, it depends on how much change is required and level of commitment from the client. For example; if you can commit to following our nutrition plan and doing 5 training sessions a week you will reach your goals faster; rather than – following a nutrition plan only half the time and training twice a week.

We recommend booking a free consultation to give you a more accurate assessment of how long your goals will take to achieve. This is a completely free service we offer and you can book an appointment here.

 

Q. What do you specialize in?

Q. What kind of results can I expect to see?

Q. Will I still be able to work with a personal trainer if I have injuries? 

Yes, although we would recommend that you visit a medical professional for assessment prior to starting a training regime if it is severe. Quite often we will work directly with your physio or health professional to 1. Prevent aggravating an existing injury – 2. Focus on rehabilitation as much as possible.

Regular exercise is proven to assist with your all round health and our focus is on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.

 

Q. Do clients need experience in the gym before being trained?

No – we train at all levels, from complete beginner to elite level athletes.

 

Online Programs

Q. Can I follow your online program if I have no experience? 

Yes – Our online programming includes telephone consultations and video analysis of your lifting form. We can tailor a solution for you to that meets your budget and experience level.

We love helping you reach your goals, so we will always work with you to achieve the best possible results – regardless of your level of training experience.

 

Q. What program should I start with?  

This will depend on your goals, all of our programs are personalized to your specific goals. In addition, we can update your programming once a week included as part of the service. Each program includes a month worth of support.

 

Q. What happens if I struggle with my nutrition plan?  

Our nutrition plans all come with unlimited email support, even if you’ve already had your weekly consultation you are welcome to send us an email. We endeavor to answer emails at multiple times in a day so you are not usually waiting very long for a response. Adequate support is really a huge part of helping you reach your goals and overcoming any barriers you face to getting there.

 

Q. Will I be hungry on your nutrition plan? 

No, our nutrition plans are customized to satisfy your appetite and taste preferences. If you find yourself feeling hungry on our nutrition plan we can update it to cater to your changing needs. Your health and wellbeing is our first priority and we never force our clients to starve, we view this as an unsustainable and unhealthy practice.
